Our camp is geared around helping riders find their horse potential self-confidence that they can use throughout their life. Please take a look at the different camps below for details about the scheduled activities and costs.

All camps will include crafts, snacks, a (Hopefully)1/2 day at the pool and a T-shirt. We will be learning new and exciting things all during camp. You will get to meet new friends and find a passion that you might not even knew existed. Here are our dates we hope you can come.
Beginner/Novice Week June 23rd-26st $270.00 9am-2pm
Everyone has to start out somewhere why not here? A beginner is someone with little or no experience with horses. A novice is someone who has ridden a few times, but aside from knowing which end is the head and which is the tail, their knowledge is pretty limited. During this camp we want to teach a basic knowledge of horsemanship and build a foundation that the student can use throughout all aspects of life.
Things I hope to cover during this camp include but are not limited to: Catching, tying, grooming and tacking your horse. Baisic knowlege of horse tack, horse anatomy, mounting and dismounting, steering at various speeds, bareback techniques, hoof care, trotting and posting, and more. Each day we will build a craft, eat a snack, and have a short demonstration from one of the instructors. During the day we will incorporate several games to help the kids enjoy their time at EE Stables.
There are currently 2 spots available for this camp. Max. number is 6.
Novice/Intermediate Week July 7th-10th $300.00 9am-3pm
The novices in this group are close to intermediate, but just need a bit more saddle time. An Intermediate rider is one who can confidently catch, tack up, and ride their horse in normal conditions with no problem. They have been on plenty of trail rides and they can cope with most of the situations we encounter when we are on the trail. They are familiar with special things like riding bareback, manuvuering around or over obstacles, and are comfortable in any gait. An Intermediate rider has had some type of training or has horses of his/her own. This camp will be a little more intense and the students will be held to a much higher standard of riding.
This camp will be geared toward building on the knowledge that the students already have, and improving their safety awareness and horsemanship skills. We will be covering but again not limited to these topics: Grooming, tacking, hoof care, basic first aid, leg protection, body alignment, vet care, sitting the trot, posting the trot, long trot, bareback skills, history of the horse, bareback skills, lead changes, bathing the horse and much more. Each day we will work on building a unique craft that they will have as a token of there awesome week at EE Stables horsemanship camp.
There are currently 3 spots available for this camp. Max. number is 6.
Intermediate/Advanced Week July 21st-24th $325.00 9am-3pm
Intermediates allowed in this week will really be just a few miles short of advance status on trail riding. Advanced riders can take pretty much anything that comes at them whether it is on the trail or in the arena. They are very comfortable riding with or without a saddle, can tack up with English or Western equipement, understand the core fundamentals of horsemanship, and know how to build a good working relationship with their horse. An Advance rider has had training and either leases, takes lessons or owns a horse of their own.
This camp will be very fast paced, and will work on the students determination and heart during this week. These students feel the need for speed and enjoy a challenge at any level. During this week we will ride trails, work in the arena and learn some very valuable lessons about our horses. Mostly everything done during this week will involve hands on work and will be scored on their performance throughout the week. Students will get to make 1 craft due to the busy schedule.
There are currently 2 spots available for this camp. Max. number is 3.
