Mikayla's first assisted ride
So Mikayla got to ride Tsunami with us just there for support (and balance). The video is super cute. You can watch it on our video page or on youtube. We've also done a couple more birthday parties out at the barn. You can check out those pictured on our birthday party page. EE Stables will be giving pony rides on Saturday, December 15th. The location this year will be at the intersection of Highway 50 and Grissom Farm Road. (Right near our church, Turner Memorial Baptist). You can see a Google map of the location here. We'll be out there from 10:00am until 2:00pm. Please feel free to drop by and say hello and maybe get a ride on one of our brave steeds!
In other news, Michelle made the decision to sell her horse Comanche recently. Within four days he had a new owner whom we trust and respect. I don't think he could have found a better home. We wish him and his new family all the best!

We at EE Stables really hope everyone had a great Christmas and New Years. We held our annual pony rides at the same location as last year, off Hwy 50, and it was great. The weather was wonderful (remember last year when it was cold and raining?) and the visitors were really great. We have a lot of new students starting this year and we are so excited to have them and the rest of our great students out there at the barn. We've also got some new instructors out at the barn, some of them are even past students of ours! Read on to learn more about them and the other great things we've been up to!

It's been a while since an update, but I had to let you all know that we are doing great.
Mule Days was just last weekend. We camped out from Thursday through Sunday afternoon and it was really fun. From the mud sling to rodeo we had the best time. Read on for all the funny stories!
