Comanche is Right!!!
After two years of searching I have finally found my new barrel horse and team mate. I have looked at several horses on the internet and finally found Comanche on NC Barrel Horse News. I found him in Butner/Creedmoor area near our good friends Marcus and Barb. I picked him up and took him over to Stem for an awesome trail ride. We rode for about three hours and then we came home on Sunday. Comanche has been busy ever since. We hosted a camp at the barn and then we took off for a weekend trail ride at Uwharrie National Forest. He loves to step and showoff with his buddies. He has to be at the front strutting his stuff and shaking his head...
Comanche is about 15.2 and weighs about 1100 pounds. He has lost about 100 pounds since we brought him to the barn. Uwharrie was hard on him, the inclines were a challenge but he was willing to do whatever I asked without even hesitating. He loves the water and no matter what creek or stream we stopped in he had to get a drink until the next time. Dimples kept looking at him funny and by the end they were drinking together in the streams. He is so wonderful. He fits in well with the heard and always comes to see me when I feed. He is so beautiful and full of spirit. I will post a video of him soon. I hope you get to see him soon, he is beautiful and has put the desire back in my heart to race again. Thanks to everyone who helped me get him and for God allowing this opportunity to come my way. Hope you get to see us run soon, we are working hard.
