Well, the weather has certainly kept us on our toes lately.  It seems like one week is perfect and beautiful and the next is cold and miserable.  But thankfully we've not had too many rainy Saturdays this winter.  Our lesson program is pretty much staying at full capacity.  The horses are working from sun-up to sun-down over the weekends, but they get the whole week off so we figure that is still a pretty good gig for them.

Daylight savings is coming up soon.  Once the time changes over the days will be very long and we'll be able to pick up some more students.  Keep an eye here for the change sometime over the next couple weeks.  We'll be taking new applications for lessons via phone and email and we'll fill slots on a first come first serve basis.  I have a feeling that we'll fill up the new slots pretty quick.

In other news, we had a very successful birthday party over the weekend.  A little girl turned five and she and her friends had a great day out at the barn.  The weather was really perfect on Saturday afternoon.  I took about a hundred pictures and you can see smiling, laughing kids in every one of them.  Our birthday party packages continue to get better and better as we get the hang of hosting parties out at the barn.  If you are interested in having a party with us, let me know and I can send you our flier.  It gives you all the party options and prices.  I don't think that our birthday girl from this weekend will forget her party at Double E Stables.

We at EE Stables really hope everyone had a great Christmas and New Years. We held our annual pony rides at the same location as last year, off Hwy 50, and it was great. The weather was wonderful (remember last year when it was cold and raining?) and the visitors were really great. We have a lot of new students starting this year and we are so excited to have them and the rest of our great students out there at the barn. We've also got some new instructors out at the barn, some of them are even past students of ours! Read on to learn more about them and the other great things we've been up to!

Hey everyone, just wanted to let you know that I've updated our website software. It was a pretty major update so if you notice anything that does not look right feel free to use the contact form to let me know. If the contact form is broken, just open your window and yell really loudly so I can be sure to fix it :)
